User Agreement

1. Agent Responsible for Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

2. Personal Information Collected

Personal Information collected through this inquiry web form comprises the customer’s name, company name, job title, email address, etc.

3. Purpose for Personal Information Use

Sony Corporation takes responsibility for the management of Personal Information entered by the customer. Personal Information is used only to respond to customer queries and for other query-related functions. Except in cases permitted by relevant laws and regulations and except for information which is not able to identify you (such as statistical data), Sony will not disclose your Personal Information to any third parties or used for any other purpose without your prior consent.
* Sony may have its third party subcontractors perform some part of the query-related functions for the purpose stated above.

4. Shared Use

Sony Corporation may share entered Personal Information with Sony Group companies for their use under the following conditions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these provisions is governed in all respects by the laws of Japan without reference to any choice or conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, all controversies and disputes arising out of or relating to Personal Information or personal history relating to your inquiry shall be exclusively submitted to the Tokyo District Court, and you agree to waive any venue objection against the court to resolve the controversies and disputes. You agree that the judgment, decree or order rendered by a court of last resort or a court of lower jurisdiction from which no appeal has been taken in Tokyo, Japan shall be final and binding upon both parties..
