About treatment of your personal information

Sony Corporation and other Sony Group companies ,which include but not limited to subsidiaries of Sony Corporation having their head office in Japan (referred collectively as "Sony" hereinafter), ask licensees of RealShot Manager Advanced license products (referred collectively as "License Products" hereinafter) to provide their name, address, and other personal details (referred to as "Personal Information" hereinafter) for the Purpose (as defined in Section 1 below). Sony will also record your buying history and usage history (“Personal History”) and use your Personal History for the Purpose. Before input your personal Information, purchase license and utilize our customer care services, please read below notices and consent them.

1. Purpose of Data Use

Sony will use your Personal Information and Personal History only within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purposes as below (“Purpose”).

1- To provide customer care, including License Products warranty and after-sales service support

2- To provide the latest information on License Products and related products, services, and campaigns

3- To produce statistical information

If Sony wishes to use your Personal Information and Personal History for purpose other than the Purpose, Sony will separately contact you to explain the purpose and to obtain your prior consent.

2. Management for Security

By using appropriate technology and internal procedures, Sony will make great efforts to ensure the security of your Personal Information and Personal History and to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. Among Sony group, Sony Corporation is responsible for information security management of your Personal Information and Personal History.

3. Disclosure to Others

Except in cases permitted by relevant laws and regulations and except for information which is not able to identify you (such as statistical data), Sony will not disclose your Personal Information and Personal History to any third parties (excluding Sony’s third party subcontractors ) without your prior consent.

4. Provision of Information on Behalf of Someone Else

When you provide Sony with any other person’s personal information, please obtain the prior consent of individuals for whom you intend to provide Personal Information to Sony.

5. Shared Use

Sony may share whole or a part of Personal Information and Personal History with other Sony Group companies for the purposes described in Clause 1. Among Sony group Sony is responsible for the management of shared Personal Information as described in Clause 2.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these provisions is governed in all respects by the laws of Japan without reference to any choice or conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, all controversies and disputes arising out of or relating to Personal Data and Personal History shall be exclusively submitted to the Tokyo District Court, and you agree to waive any venue objection against the court to resolve the controversies and disputes. You agree that the judgment, decree or order rendered by a court of last resort or a court of lower jurisdiction from which no appeal has been taken in Tokyo, Japan shall be final and binding upon both parties.
