The Multilayer Carbon Reinforced Diaphragm adopts a sandwich structure, in which upper and lower layers of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic material enclose a middle layer of closed-cell foam core. This design achieves the rare combination of light weight, high rigidity, and high internal loss—properties that are typically contradictory in nature. As a result, it delivers flat frequency response across broad spectral coverage, faithfully reproducing the full richness of the original audio content.
