The Sony Imaging Gallery on the 6th floor featured dynamic images captured with the Alpha series, G Lenses™, and the G Master series from past championships such as the World Athletics Indoor Championships Glasgow 24 and the World Athletics Indoor Championships Nanjing 25. The store featured products such as Alpha mirrorless cameras and interchangeable lenses that were expected to be used by creators during the actual championships.

“Sony Alpha 1 II the autofocus is better It locks on better. It tends to follow better. And it’s amazing how the eye focus is picking up the athletes’ eyes even when the athlete is really small in the frame. Soit’s definite step up in autofocus performance, which is amazing.”

“What really stands out is the latitude that the files have.
If a photographer underexposes, It outputs so much room on the exposure on editing software, to correct what I think should be the finished product.”

“Very impressed with the FE 28-70mm F2 GM.
Being in a small arena, and especially when you’re working inside, You’ve got to be light and be able to move around.
And having a lens that has such a fast aperture and quite a dark space has been fantastic with a prime look.“
