In October , SNA employee networks (eNet) WAVE and ASIA hosted Wear Pink Day. Guest speaker Leia Brune, executive director, Susan G. Komen Foundation, helped raise awareness and shared the Foundation's efforts in the space.

In November, VETS partnered with FourBlock to host a virtual workshop to support the military community's journey into civilian careers. Sony participants conducted mock interviews and shared career insights with veterans.
VETS closed out the month with a corn hole tournament in San Diego, where participants were able to learn about veteran's awareness while competing.

Partnered with Environmental Remedies Inc., the nation's leading provider of material recovery, to host a free e‑waste recycling event for Iowa County and surrounding communities, collecting 10,288 lbs. of unwanted consumer electronics, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management.

Our colleagues in Germany have stepped up to inspire the next generation of children in the art of photography through our `Kids in Focus' workshop programme. Once again, the team have partnered with local NGO Ocean.Now! - an ocean conservation organisation that works to realise sustainable development. Together they organised a workshop entitled "Shout Out Loud - Stop the Plastic Flood" for children and teenagers aged 8 to 17, to engage them in the important topic of plastic waste.

On October 24th, the latest Kids in Focus workshop took place at Skaun Secondary School in Trondheim, Norway. The school focuses on offering alternative classes to teenage students with ADHD, dyslexia, reading and writing difficulties, who are challenged in the regular school system. The workshop was led by Raphael Gagliano from Sony Norwegian Alpha Force and Runar Kristiansen, Key Account Manager, Sony UK & Nordics (SUN). To facilitate this workshop and to support the school for years to come, Sony donated four ZV-E10 vlog cameras.

During December, two groups volunteered their time to support the Enham Trust - a disability charity that supports disabled people to live, work and enjoy life to the full. Between them they maintained the Christmas tree fields, made wreaths to sell locally, and supported the Trust's social enterprise to fulfil festive tea gift box orders.

In October, Sony Foundation hosted its second `Adelaide4Ward' fundraising lunch in South Australia, raising a record-breaking AUD$560,000 (JP¥59,392,219 | USD$375,056) for the establishment of a `You Can' Youth Cancer Centre at the Royal Adelaide Hospital: Adelaide's first dedicated space for adolescents and young adults with cancer and Sony Foundation's sixth funded Youth Cancer Centre.

In December, 12 Sony Foundation Children's Holiday Camps took place across Australia, including one in New Zealand. Throughout Q3, over 550 high school and university students stepped up as the full-time carers for more than 290 children with disability, providing them with the weekend of a lifetime, while giving their families a few days of much-needed respite.
Sony Foundation donated over AUD$200,000 to fund these twelve camps which were supported by school and medical volunteers.

In December, Sony Group in Thailand donated a total of 340,066 THB to Thai Red Cross on 16 December in support of the Southern Thailand Flooding which affected 719,858 household.

As part of its CSR initiative with the NIIT Foundation, 15 members conducted a Human Rights awareness session for school children at GHPS, Anchepalaya, Guddadahalli on 29 November. SISC also organized Christmas activities at GHPS, Janatha Colony on 20 December, promoting creativity, teamwork, and a culture of volunteering and inclusive workplace engagement.

The Sony Creative Science Award ceremony, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science Centre Singapore, was officiated by Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State. SES MD Fujita-san delivered a keynote speech and presented prizes while also officiating the exhibition alongside other guests of honor. Additionally, SES hosted the MESH workshop for award recipients, featuring ten volunteers from various departments.

In partnership with Save The Children - Philippines, SPH held a meaningful Outreach Learning Activity at Taguig Integrated School on 10 Oct, that brought together 40 enthusiastic learners and 20 dedicated Sony employee volunteers. The activity aimed to foster interactive learning, creativity, and community engagement through hands-on educational sessions and fun collaborative activities.
PT Sony Indonesia
IDR 31,500,000 was donated to Indonesia Red Cross Society in support of Sumatera Flash Floods and Landslide, with 32% of the employees participated in the donation.

The 2025 "Shanghai Charity Week" will arrive as scheduled. 600+ people visited the Charity Bazaar.To better promote charitable culture and guide more social forces to participate in the development of charitable causes, the "Public Welfare +" Corporate Special Charity Bazaar was held.
In addition to Sony China, other companies such as AOC and Mercer participated, Sony employee volunteers in China donated 220+ items with donations totaling 15,000 RMB.

In October, Sony China (SCN) held a Sony Dream Class in Shandong LiaoCheng Shen county, with 434 elementary school students participating.
This initiative, which was implemented by Shandong Administration for Market Regulation and the County Committee & Education Sports Bureau, builds good relationships with the government and supports Sony's business in China, and continues through its relationship with the Shandong Administration for Market Regulation.
Sony Dream Class is held in 30 schools every year, and by January 2026, it will have been held 378 times in 181 regions in China. In the end, 4,031 university students from 114 universities participated in this activity as Sony Dream Class instructors for a total of 45,242 hours.

Sony Corporation of Hong Kong Limited
Sony Corporation of Hong Kong Limited and Sony China, through the local non-profit organization "Food For Good" (齊惜福有限公司), donated 100 units of 43-inch BRAVIA 3TVs, w sponsorship of SCN, to victims of Tai Po fire in the New Territories. It aims for impacted residence providing small entertainment at their temporary housing with Sony's unique strength of products and community care. 40volunteers from Sony HK went to help installing the TVs.

In November, volunteer members from the Kisarazu site once again this year participated in the environmental event "KISARAZU ORGANIC CITY FESTIVAL 2025," held in Kisarazu City.
This event is one of the largest environmental events in the city, attracting many visitors every year and becoming a favorite among residents. On the day, as part of the Kisarazu site`s recycling activities, compost made from vegetable waste and other materials from the cafeteria of the Kisarazu site was distributed to visitors.

In October, SGMO exhibited a booth at "Let's Eco Action in Aichi," an environmental event sponsored by Aichi Prefecture, held at Otogawa River Green Space in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture.
The event, which was organized at the request of Aichi Prefecture, included a craft workshop using thinned wood and an experience of making beeswax wrap. Through interactions with visitors, SGMO's environmental activities were widely publicized, and the event also served as an opportunity to promote the company.

In September and November, The "Angel Forest Project," in which SGMO participates, is an environmental conservation activity aimed at regenerating forests and restoring biodiversity, organized by Earth Worker Energy, an NPO based in Aichi Prefecture. SGMO is working with companies, organizations, and local communities to cultivate native species seedlings, plant trees, and develop Satoyama.
One of these initiatives, the "Sony Forest Foster Parent Project", involves collecting acorns and planting seedlings every autumn at Sony Forest, Kohda. The seedlings grown are donated to Angel Forest in November of the following year and planted there.
This year, Events were held in Kohda and a tree planting event was held in Angel Forest in November, with many employees and residents participating.
Sony Corporation (Japan)
In November, Sony (SEC) held a "Nature Sound Search" workshop using IC recorders at Ecoru Togoshi, a Shinagawa City environmental learning facility located in Togoshi Park, Tokyo. The workshop, aimed at elementary school students, used Sony's high-resolution linear PCM recorder, the PCM-A10, to collect natural sounds that surround them. The workshop was part of the "Wow! Wow! Biodiversity Project," a collaboration between the Sony Group and the Nature Conservation Society of Japan (NACS-J), a public interest incorporated foundation, with the aim of learning about the surrounding environment through sound.
This year marked the fourth time the event has been held at Ecoru Togoshi, with a total of 16 participants, including eight elementary school students and eight parents, and three Sony employee volunteers supported the event.

In December, the final judging session of the "JSEC2025" organized by Asahi Shimbun and Partners, was held at the Miraikan (The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation) in Odaiba, Tokyo. Sony Corporation supports the objectives of JSEC and has participated in the judging alongside employee volunteers since FY2021, awarding the "Sony Award" to outstanding projects.
