The Month of Photography, Tokyo 2025 Photographers in Asia 2025, Mongolia

We are pleased to announce that “Tokyo Photography Month” celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.
The domestic exhibition program, themed “Communicating the SDGs through the Power of Photography,” is the fourth installment of the SDGs Series (a global framework for a better and more sustainable world by 2030). It showcases the works of seven members of the Photographic Society of Japan at six venues.
The international exhibition “Asian Photographers” focuses on Mongolia, a country with active cultural exchange through photography. Mongolia was previously featured in 2016, and this time, in collaboration with the Mongolian Landscape Photographers Society, we will introduce 17 new Mongolian photographers alongside four artists who have previously collaborated with the Society, totaling 21 photographers. This exhibition will be held at seven venues.

At the Sony Imaging Gallery, we are pleased to exhibit the works of the following five photographers:

  • Natsagdorj Sanj
  • Itgel Chuluunbaatar
  • Tumursukh Shiirav
  • Batsukh Gantumur
  • Gan-Ulzii Gonchig
