Sony cooperation and its affiliates provide a sample program (hereinafter referred to as "the Sample Program") for users who wish to control the NOS-DX1000 via PC.
If you wish to use the sample program, please carefully read the following precautions.
Only if you agree to all terms, you may download the Sample Program using the "Download after agreeing to the precautions" button at the bottom of this page.
Sony cooperation and its affiliates provide the Sample Program on an "as-is" basis and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, make no express or implied warranties of any kind regarding the Sample Program. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties that the Sample Program will be free from errors, malfunctions, bugs, or other defects, will not infringe upon third-party rights, or will be fit for merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose or use.
Users of the Sample Program (hereinafter referred to as "Users") expressly agree to use the Sample Program at their own risk and responsibility.
Sony cooperation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Sample Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Furthermore, in the event that a User breaches any provisions of a contract concluded with Sony cooperation or its affiliates, if any defect is found in the Sample Program, if updates are deemed necessary, or in any other circumstances deemed appropriate by Sony cooperation and its affiliates, the company reserves the right to recall the Sample Program or suspend the User's use of it.
